This will be a full body 8 week program that is designed with gym workouts.

I have also included alternative exercises if you do not have a gym membership or are unable to make it to the gym some days.

Once you purchase this program you will have immediate access to this plan. A link to the pdf file will be emailed to you at checkout.

What to expect:

  • 5 day training split breaking down workouts by each muscle group with 2 rest days

  • 4 weeks of different workouts intended to be repeated to make 8 weeks. This way you can gauge your progress and achieve optimal results.

  • Weeks 1 & 5 are the same, 2 & 6 are the same, 3 & 7 are the same, and 4 & 8 are the same.

  • Supplement Info and suggestions.

  • Sample Grocery List for each macronutrient with the macros for each food.

  • Breakdown how to calculate your own macros.

  • An explanation of how to set your goals (cutting, reverse dieting, bulking, and maintenance)

  • Alternative dieting strategies besides tracking macros.

  • Detailed description for all exercises and a link for each exercise that will direct you to a video demo of that exercise.

  • Suggested cardio days and cardio examples.

  • Ab workouts

  • Glute burnout/activation circuits.

  • Each workout takes approx. 45mins-1 hour to complete. Everyone is different and the time may vary slightly from each individual.

  • This program is ideal for the beginner looking for guidance or the intermediate-advanced lifter looking to switch up their routine.
